and raised in Malibu. She has returned to her hometown after a lifetime of
culinary experiences, to enhance your special day. Diana's culinary expertise
has been developed through years of service with 5 star hotels. The hotels
include the Princeville Hotel on Kauai, the Hotel Bel Air, and the Ritz Carlton
in Marina Del Rey. Diana's standard of excellence is a strong thread that
runs through every part of her business including her staff. You will be pleased
to see the tropical influence inside of the pages of the individualized menus
Diana will create for you. Her many years of living in places such as Hawaii,
Micronesia and Tahiti have given her the ability to blend tropical foods with
everyday cuisine. She is proud of the high quality her kitchen consistently
delivers, which she attributes to her staff and continuous development of
